Recipe

1. Take 3 liters buttermilk, add 150g gram flour (besan) and masala, mix well.
2. Heat ghee, add curry leaves, ginger-chilli paste, and dry chillies. Add buttermilk mixture and bring to boil.
3. Add sugar as per taste.

Recipe

1. 1. Wash and keep dal and rice in the cooker with required water and cook properly.
   2. Make a paste of green chilli and ginger and cut all vegetables properly.
   3. Heat peanut oil, add ginger-green chilli paste and curry leaves.
   4. Add chopped vegetables and entire masala packet, mix well.
   5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
