Ingredients: Salt, chilies, turmeric, poppy seeds, compounded asafoetida, kachori, fudina, black salt, spices & condiments.

Recipe

Take 150g chhole, cook with a little salt. Crush 3 tomatoes, 50g paste of ginger & green chillies, 2 nos. tej-pan, 2 large glass full of water (600ml), 150g ghee.

Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos. of tej-pan, ginger-chilli paste and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet, and 2 glass full of water and make the gravy.

Add cooked chhole into gravy with two spoon ghee, mix it well, tasty chhole is ready to serve.

Recipe

Take 300g potato, boil with a little salt, cut into pieces and fry it.

Crush 3 tomatoes, make 50g paste of ginger & green chillies.

Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos of tej pan and ginger-chilli paste, saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet, and 1 glass full of water and make the gravy ready.

Add fried potatoes, green coriander, and 2 spoon milk cream into gravy and tasty dum aloo is ready to serve.

Ingredients: Red chilies, turmeric, sugar, cashew, salt, spices & condiments.

Recipe

Take 250g mixed vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, peas, capsicum, french beans, tomato). Steam the vegetables with little salt, water and ghee. Take 50g ginger-chilli paste, 2 nos tejpan, 100g ghee, 2 spoons milk cream.

Add 100g ghee, saute 2 tejpan and ginger-chilli paste, then add two glass water and bring to boil.

In gravy add all the boiled vegetables, mix it well, add 2 spoon milk cream and coriander. Tasty Punjabi mix veg is ready to serve.

Contents: 200g. Sabudana, 150g. Potato, Capsicum 1 no, 50g Ginger-Green Chillies, 30g Crushed Peanuts, Dry Red Chilli 1 no., Curry Leaves, Coriander, Groundnut Oil or Pure Ghee
Recipe :
Soak Sabudana for 4 to 5 hours.
Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add Ginger – Chill, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies, Chopped Potato, Capsicum, and “SHRI HARI” Sabudana Khichdi Masala mix it well, if needed add sugar and saute it well.
Add soaked Sabudana in it mix it well, add crushed peanuts, and cook properly. When khichdi is ready serve with coriander.

Ingredients: Chinese rice 250 grams, Mix vegetables 250 gm (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Green Peas), Green Chilli sauce – 2 spoons, Soya sauce – 1 spoon, Vinegar – half spoon, Shri Hari Schezwan Fried Rice Masala 1 packet (25g), Oil 20 g, Ginger paste 15 g.

Recipe

Boil Chinese rice with oil in water to prevent stickiness.

Finely chop all vegetables.

Heat oil and sauté ginger paste.

Add finely chopped vegetables.

Add boiled rice, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and Schezwan Fried Rice Masala.

Mix well.

Serve hot with coriander and spring onion as per taste.
