Content: Chinese rice 250g, Mix vegetables 250g (Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Green Peas), Ginger paste 15g, Oil 20g, Green chilli sauce 2 spoons, Soya sauce 1 spoon, Vinegar 1 spoon.
Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Black and White Pepper, Ginger, Ajino Moto, Spices and Condiments.
Recipe:
- Boil Chinese rice with oil in water.
- Drain extra water.
- Finely chop all vegetables.
- Heat oil, sauté ginger paste. Add vegetables, boiled rice, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and masala. Mix well.
- Serve hot with coriander and spring onion as per taste.

- Take 250g finely chopped vegetables, 40g corn flour, 125g maida, and masala from packet. Mix well (do not add water).
- Make small round balls.
- Deep fry the balls in oil.
For Gravy
Contents: 75g Mix vegetables (Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Capsicum), 1 packet masala (10g), 2 spoons green chilli sauce, 1 spoon soya sauce, ½ spoon vinegar, 10g oil, 10g corn flour.Gravy Recipe
- Heat oil, add ginger paste and vegetables, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sauté for a minute.
- Mix corn flour in 1 glass water (250ml), add remaining masala, boil to make thick gravy.
- Add fried Manchurian balls into gravy and serve.

- Boil noodles in water, add oil, and keep aside.
- Chop vegetables into long strips and sauté with ginger-chilli paste.
