Take 300g potato, boil with a little salt, cut into pieces and fry it.
Crush 3 tomatoes, make 50g paste of ginger & green chillies.
Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos of tej pan and ginger-chilli paste, saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet, and 1 glass full of water and make the gravy ready.
Add fried potatoes, green coriander, and 2 spoon milk cream into gravy and tasty dum aloo is ready to serve.

Soak Sabudana for 4 to 5 hours.
Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add Ginger – Chill, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies, Chopped Potato, Capsicum, and “SHRI HARI” Sabudana Khichdi Masala mix it well, if needed add sugar and saute it well.
Add soaked Sabudana in it mix it well, add crushed peanuts, and cook properly. When khichdi is ready serve with coriander.
