Contents: Take 150g. Tuver Dal (Split Pigeon Peas), 25g ginger Paste, Tomato 1 Nos, Dried Red Chillies 2 Nos, 2 small spoons of Mustard Seeds & Fenugreek Seeds, Curry leaves, Coriander, Edible oil 50g, Water 1.5 Liter, Jaggery 50g. Or as per your taste.
Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Amchur Powder, Turmeric, Mustered Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Compounded Asafoetida, Edible Oil, Spices and Condiments.
Recipe:
- Boil 125g Tuver dal and tomatoes in a pressure cooker and crush it with a blender. (Also you can use elephant Foot Yam, Dry dates, and Peanuts for better taste while cooking the tuver dal in the cooker)
- Heat 50g oil, add dry red chilies, mustard, and fenugreek seeds.
- Then saute ginger paste in it.
- Add masala from the packet with boiled tuver dal-tomato crush with excess water and bring to oil
- As the dal boils, add fresh coriander and enjoy tasty Gujarati dal.
