  Ingredients: 150g Tuver Dal (Split Pigeon Peas), 25g Ginger Paste, 1 Tomato, 2 Dry Red Chillies, 2 small spoons Mustard Seeds & Fenugreek Seeds, Curry Leaves, Coriander, 50g Edible Oil, 1.5L Water, 50g Jaggery (as per taste).

  Recipe

  1. Boil tuver dal and tomatoes in a pressure cooker and blend. (Optional: add yam, dry dates, peanuts for better taste.)
  2. Heat oil, add dry red chillies, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Sauté ginger paste.
  3. Add masala from packet with dal mixture and water, bring to boil.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.

  Recipe:

  1. Crush 3 tomatoes, grate paneer. Also fry cashew nuts in ghee till turns pink.
  2. Saute ginger-chilli paste and tejpan, crushed tomatoes, then add all the “Shri Hari Paneer Kaju Curry Masala” from packet and two big glass water with grated paneer. The tasty gravy is ready.
  3. Add fried cashew nuts and two spoon ghee. Serve with milk cream.
