  Ingredients: Salt, Red chili, Coriander, Amchur Powder, turmeric, Mustered Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Compounded Asafoetida, Edible Oil, Spices, and Condiments.

  Recipe:

  1. Fry 300 gram chopped mix vegetables (french beans, Peas, carrot, potato cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, chilies) Boil the peas.
  2. Crush 3 tomatoes make 50 gram ginger chilli paste.
  3. In a pan saute 2 no’s tej pan ginger chilli paste then add crushed tomatoes, complete packet masala and two glass of water to make the gravy ready.
  4. Add the all fried vegetables and peas in the greavy with coriander on top the tastey veg kolhapuri is ready to serve.

  Required Items : 250g. Tomatoes, Edible Oil, 25g. Ginger Paste, Curry Leaves.

  Ingredients : Salt, Sugar, Red Chilli, Corriander, Turmeric, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Compounded ASafoetida, Amchur Spices & Condiments.

  Recipe :

  1. Heat 2 Tablespoon oil in a pan and add ginger paste along with the curry leaves.
  2. Add 1 tomato’s puree and saute it well.
  3. Add half a glass of water along with the entire packet of Shree Hari Sev Tomato Masala and remaining diced tomatoes, mix it well.
  4. Heat the mixture til it start boiling. Add the sev and mix it well.
  5. Garnish it with coriander and serve Kathiawadi Sev Tomato Sabji.
  6. Onion/Garlic can be used according to Taste.
