  Recipe

  1. Boil noodles in water, add oil, and keep aside.
  2. Chop vegetables into long strips and sauté with ginger-chilli paste.
  3. Add noodles.
  4. Add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and masala. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander and spring onion as per taste.
