  Contents: 200g Moraiya, 300g Vegetables (Potato, Parvar (Pointed Ground), Capsicum, Tomato), 50g Ginger – Green chillies, 30g Crushed Peanuts, Dry Red chilli 1 no, Curry Leaves, Fresh Coriander, Groundnut Oil or Pure Ghee.

  Ingredients: Rock salt, tej pan, clove, taj jeera, dhania, variyali, meethapan, turmeric, red chilies, edible groundnut oil.

  Recipe:

  1. First, wash moraiya well and keep it aside
  2. Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add the Ginger-Chilli paste, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies and saute it well, then add chopped vegetables with Shri Hari Moraiya Khichdi Masala, add crushed peanuts and two big glass full of water mix it well and bring to boil.
  3. Add Moraiya, mix it well, and cook properly by keeping the lid on the pan, When khichdi is ready, serve with fresh coriander.

  Contents: 200g. Sabudana, 150g. Potato, Capsicum 1 no, 50g Ginger-Green Chillies, 30g Crushed Peanuts, Dry Red Chilli 1 no., Curry Leaves, Coriander, Groundnut Oil or Pure Ghee

  1. Soak Sabudana for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add Ginger – Chill, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies, Chopped Potato, Capsicum, and “SHRI HARI”
  3. Sabudana Khichdi Masala mix it well, if needed add sugar and saute it well.
  4. Add soaked Sabudana in it mix it well, add crushed peanuts, and cook properly.
  5. When khichdi is ready serve with coriander.

  Ingredients: Rajgara, Moriya, Sugar, Bay Leaf, Rock Salt, Red Chilli, Lemon Ful. (All ingredients in Powder form)

  Recipe:

  1. Add 20 g. edible oil in “SHRI HARI” Farali Thepla Instant Mix, then add haft cup water and bind semi soft knead.
  2. Put a piece of plastic on wooden plate, put the piece of knead and roll out each portion in round shape.
  3. Heat the non-stick tava and cook each circle, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown colour from both sides.
  4. You may add bottle ground or pumpkin in “SHRI HARI” Farali Thepla Instant Mix and make it Thepla.
  5. If you prepare thepla by using bottle ground, do not water in the instant mix to bind a knead.
  6. Serve Hot with Curd and Chutney
